Question 1

What do I get for free?

Accepted Answer

Your first post, with no card needed. Then, once you add a card, 7 days with everything in the plan you choose and 5 new posts to write, with rewrites, images, ideas, voice notes, scheduling and publishing included. Want the full month straight away? Start your plan early from the app.

Question 2

What happens after the trial?

Accepted Answer

Your plan starts unless you cancel before the trial ends, and we email you the day before. Every plan is the whole app, and they differ in new posts a month: 10 on Starter, 25 on Growth and 60 on Pro, which also comes with priority email support.

Question 3

What counts as a post?

Accepted Answer

A post counts once, the first time Eloquend writes or rewrites it. Rewrites and images on it are included, up to 20 rewrites and 10 images a post, or 5 full rewrites and 40 slide rewrites a carousel. Questions and voice notes don’t count, and you get up to 30 voice minutes a day. Posts refill on your billing date, and unused ones don’t roll over.

Question 4

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel from Settings whenever you like. Cancel during the trial and you’re never charged.

Question 5

What is Eloquend?

Accepted Answer

Eloquend writes LinkedIn posts with you. Give it a rough idea, a voice note or an answer to one of its questions, and it writes a post or a carousel in your voice. Edit it, then publish or schedule it, all in the same place.

Question 6

Who is it for?

Accepted Answer

Anyone with work worth talking about and no hours to spare for writing: founders, consultants, freelancers, managers and specialists. If you’ve been meaning to post more and haven’t, it’s for you.

Question 7

Will my posts sound like AI?

Accepted Answer

They shouldn’t. Eloquend writes from what you tell it, the way you write, and skips the usual tells: no stock openers, no asking for likes and comments, and no made-up stories, numbers or clients. You read and edit every post before it goes out.

Question 8

What can I make with it?

Accepted Answer

Text posts, posts with an image or a video, and swipeable carousels. Start from your own idea, a voice note or a question Eloquend asks you, and save ideas for later.

Question 9

How does it learn my voice?

Accepted Answer

When you sign up, it asks what you do, what you want from LinkedIn and who you’re writing for, and you can show it a post you’ve written. When a post you share is mostly your own words, it offers to learn from that one too. Tone, length, emoji, hashtags and more are yours to adjust in Settings at any time.

Question 10

Can it post to LinkedIn for me?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Connect LinkedIn, then publish right away or pick a time. Nothing goes out until you’ve read it and chosen to publish or schedule it.

Question 11

Is it safe to connect my LinkedIn?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You connect through LinkedIn’s own sign-in, so Eloquend never sees your LinkedIn password, and the connection is only used to publish your posts. Disconnect it in Settings whenever you like.

Question 12

Is my writing used to train AI?

Accepted Answer

No. Your posts, drafts, voice notes and profile are never used to train AI models, Eloquend’s or any provider’s.

Question 13

Can I export or delete my data?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In Settings you can download everything, from your settings and drafts to your posts, ideas and images, or delete your account along with its content and LinkedIn connection.
