What happens after the trial?

When the trial ends, your selected paid plan starts unless you cancel before then. Eloquend currently offers Starter, Growth, and Pro plans, with higher plans giving you more generations, image usage, scheduling capacity, carousel exports, and priority support.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can manage your subscription through the Stripe billing portal from Settings. If you cancel during the trial, your paid plan will not continue after the trial period.

During onboarding, Eloquend learns your role, industry, goals, audience, tone, formality, and preferred language. You can also adjust writing settings later, including post length, CTA style, emoji and hashtag preferences, themes, and custom instructions.

Can Eloquend publish directly to LinkedIn?

Yes. If you connect your LinkedIn account, Eloquend can publish posts immediately or schedule them for later. You stay in control: you review and edit the post before publishing or scheduling.

Is Eloquend safe to use with LinkedIn?

Yes, Eloquend uses LinkedIn OAuth for publishing access. The LinkedIn connection is used for direct publishing and scheduling only, not for signing in to Eloquend. You can disconnect LinkedIn from Settings at any time.

Can I export or delete my data?

Yes. In Settings, you can export your account data, including settings, drafts, posts, ideas, usage records, and user-owned media files. You can also request permanent account deletion, which removes app content, generated assets, LinkedIn connection data, and analytics identifiers.
